We were tasked with the job of creating an updated space that would appeal to those who already resided on campus and attract prospective residents. Our relationship with Miravida Campus for Senior Living began in 2018 and has been an ongoing labor of love ever since.
The Outcome
The scope included the Living Center, Spa, Carmel Senior Apartments and Elijah’s House for Dementia. Each project had challenges due to renovating without providing major construction. We updated all areas that the residents gather with flooring, paint, lighting, new furniture and artwork that enhance those spaces.
Elijah’s House for Dementia presented its own set of challenges. We accomplished the goals beautifully with the residents in mind. We were aware that the Game Room and Sunroom were of paramount importance to the facility. We transformed these rooms with an appropriate amount of stimulation and calming colors.
A Main Lobby, Bar, Billiards Room, and New Dining room were added to Carmel Senior Apartments.
